THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE THAT .......
Last weekend I had the opportunity to attend several community functions. Saturday I joined residents at the Evergreen Community Garden Potluck, visited with many families who were enjoying the food and entertainment at the Willowgrove University Heights Fun Day in the Park. I also attendied the Silverspring Family Day and the University Heights Family Picnic. Sunday I had the pleasure of joining several families at the Erindale Alliance Church Family Day and the East College Park Picnic.
It really was a heartwarming weekend. To see the commitment and dedication of volunteers that make all of these events possible was just incredible. Sincere thanks to the many people that worked tirelessly to make these events so successful. I encourage you to check out your own community associations and get involved. There is no better feeling than being a volunteer!
