SAYING FAREWELL TO COLLEAGUES NOT SEEKING RE-ELECTION
As I look at the photo above, I am overcome with emotion. I have had the great privilege of working with this outstanding group of individuals over the past number of years. This will be our last Provincial Point of View prior to the provincial election April 4th and I dedicate this edition to some very special colleagues that have provided outstanding service to their constituents and the people of Saskatchewan

Saying farewell is difficult. When you become a Member of the Legislative Assembly, your colleagues are your family away from home. Ken Krawetz, June Draude and Bob Bjornerud were three of the founding members of the Saskatchewan Party. The MLA's that have decided to not seek re-election have approximately 159 years of knowledge and have all worked passionately to serve you. Each of them have done remarkable work and have accomplished so much. They have shared in the history of Saskatchewan and have contributed significantly to the success of this province. They are leaving their careers in the public service knowing they have contributed to a brighter future for all.
Personally, I extend a heartfelt thank you to the members for their mentorship, friendship and for their dedicated service to their communities and our province.
I also extend best wishes and say thank you to John Nilson who has also decided to not seek re-election.
