Saskatchewan's 2024-25 Municipal Revenue Sharing program will set a new record, with a 14 per cent increase from the 2023-24 fiscal year and 167 per cent increase since 2007-08.
Saskatchewan's 2024-25 Municipal Revenue Sharing Program will set a record at $340.2M. This represents a 14% increase from the last fiscal year and a 167% increase from 2007-08.
Eligible municipalities may allocate this predictable, annual funding to their budget priorities. Additional details on MRS funding allocations are available with the release of the 2024-25 provincial budget.
