KRISTOS RODYVSYA - MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE CELBRATING UKRAINIAN CHRISTMAS
For those following the Julian Calendar, this is a very special week in many homes across our province. I know last evening was a special time celebrating traditions around beautifully set tables.
Once again this year, we think of all Ukrainian friends and pray for peace in their country.
"Kristos Rodyvsya" - Ukrainian for "Christ is born!" ... words that have been echoed last evening and again today across dinner tables throughout Saskatchewan as many families get together to celebrate Ukrainian Christmas. I wish you a very Merry Christmas. Enjoy your rich heritage with family and friends!
